Periodontally healthy maxillary and mandibular permanent molars
Radiographic carious exposure of pulp
Age criteria- patients ranging from 25-45 years of age will be included in the study
Positive response to vitality tests
•Symptoms of symptomatic irreversible pulpitis
Immunocompromised patients
Patients having negative response to vitality tests
Tooth previously accessed
Neurologic/ Psychiatric patient
Association of periapical lesion visible on the radiograph.
•Cases in which the bleeding could not be controlled up to 5 minutes
•Internal/ external resorption
•Abnormal mobility
•Immature apex

Name Time Method Spontaneous pain and sensitivity following the treatment will also be recorded. <br/ ><br>Pain and sensitivity occurring after the treatment during the follow up period will also be recorded. <br/ ><br>Tenderness to percussion will be evaluated. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 1 DAY, 2 DAYS AND 7 DAYS
