Males and females, aged 18 years and older
-Either a patient who has been registered for Anti-TB treatment at either one of SMRUtwo TB clinics or relatives of SMRU registered TB patients
-Willing to comply with study procedures, including residing in the TB centre or nearby for the period of TB treatment
-Can understand information about the study and provide written informed consent
-Patient has already been enrolled for TB treatment at other treatment centres or study sites
-Critically ill-patients clinically judged by the investigators
