- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The primary outcome is the electromyography activity, measured by surface electrodes on M. Obliquus externus, M. Multifidus and M. Erector spinae. The duration of activation of each muscle and each side, as well as the maximal activation and on- / offset of the muscle activation will be observed. Differences between conditions, as well as differences between the left and right side, are of interest.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The secondary outcome regards the kinematic parameters. The following ones will be analysed:
• Shoulder angle
• Shoulder rotation
• Pelvis rotation
• Hip angle
• Knee angle
• Ankle angle
The angles and rotations will be recorded via infrared cameras and the vicon nexus system, afterwards calculated with MATLAB and analysed regarding symmetry of the left and right side. All parameters will be compared by ToneFit Reha walking, normal walking and nordic walking.
Also, the centre of pressure will be analysed for normal walking and tonefit walking.
Muscular activity of Triceps brachii, Biceps brachii, Pectoralis, Latissimus dorsi and Trapecius descendens is analysed.
