- •All ASA grade | and || patients between 18 years to 60 years age group with cholelithiasis posted for elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
排除标准
- •Patients with cardiovascular, respiratory, renal , hepatic , neurological disorders .
- •Pregnant and lactating women .
- •Patients with coagulation abnormalities or on oral anti coagulants
- •Patients with chronic pain conditions and taking analgesics or opioids .
- •Obesity (BMI > 30 kg /m2 )
- •Patients with alcohol abuse , smoking habits .
- •Patients with history of psychiatry disorder or on anti psychotic drugs .
- •Any known drug allergy to the study drugs .
