Brief Summary: AIM

**1.**To compare the choroidalthickness on Enhanced Depth Imaging Optical Coherence Tomography (EDI-OCT) andAnxiety scores between patients with CSCR versus normal controls.

EXPECTEDOUTCOME:

1.      InCSCR, the pachychoroid spectrum maybe more as compared to controls.

2.      Thestress and anxiety risk factors are also maybe more in CSCR, compared to normalcontrols.

3.      TheOCT findings will be well defined and confirm the characteristics ofpachychoroid disease spectrum.

Recruitment & Eligibility

Inclusion Criteria

Group A: Treatment naÃ¯ve cases with first episode of CSCR presenting to the Retina Services at Aravind Eye Hospital Pondicherry Patients willing to give informed written consent Presenting within the age group of 18-55 years Group B: Controls who are age and gender matched visiting Aravind eye hospital for eye exam Nil systemic illness Anterior segment â€“ no vision threatening pathology.
Cataract Nil/LC/NS1 or PCIOL with no PCO Having a normal fundus Refractive error within +2 D to â€“ 2 D spherical equivalent Patients willing to give informed written consent.

Exclusion Criteria
