1.Performance status 4 2.The patient has a severe comorbidity: American Society of Anesthesiologists classification from 3 to 5 3.The patient is pregnant or suspected pregnancy. 4.The patient cannot undergo duodenoscopic procedures such as a case with surgically altered anatomy or a case with a stenosis of gastrointestinal tract. 5.The patient received implantation of pacemaker. 6.The patient has a tendency to bleed. 7.The patient prohibited the participant of this study by their research investigator.
