Inclusion Criteria

Pregnant lady( aged 18- 55 years) in 1st trimester between (11th- 14th) wks of gestation with high risk of developing Preeclampsia:

. Women with H/O Preeclampsia.

. Women with chronic hypertension, renal disease

. Obesity:BMI >35kg/m², Insulin resistance

. Pregestational diabetes

. Autoimmune disease

. Hyperplacentosis:Molar pregnancy, multifetal gestation

. Able to provide written. Informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

. Allergy to salicylates

. Low cardiac reserve, CHF

. Acid peptic disease

. Asthma

. Bleeding diathesis
