Inclusion Criteria

1. The patients who will be diagnosed with stage 1 hypertension with systolic blood

pressure =140 mmHg and <160 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure =90 mmHg and <100

mm Hg.

2. Patients with adequate hearing acuity.

3. Patients who is willing to sign the consent form.

4. Patients age group with 20-50 years irrespective of sex, religion, occupation and

socioeconomic status.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Patient who will be taking any antihypertension and antipsychotic medication.

2. Pregnancy-induced hypertensive patients and lactating mothers.

3. Patients having any other serious illness like coronary arteries disease,

cerebrovascular diseases, renal function impairment, etc.

4. Patients having complication of hypertension like retinopathy, nephropathy etc.
