Exclusion Criteria
On practice level: practice not primarily active in Primary care (e.g. active in psychotherapy or pain therapy); participation in the development of the intervention or feasibility study; foreseeable exceptional situation (i.e. maternity leave, retirement of the practice owner)

Name Time Method Change in job satisfaction after 9 month follow-up measured with the job satisfaction scale of the German version of the Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire (COPSOQ)
