Inclusion Criteria
Age between 18 and 50 years; both sexes; no systemic disease or locoregional changes that may affect the tissue repair process or in post-operative sensitivity.
Exclusion Criteria
Contraindications of dexamethasone, paracetamol, codeine phosphate and mepivacaine.

Name Time Method Evaluate the analgesic efficacy using the combination of 30mg of codeine phosphate + 500mg of paracetamol, through the extraction of impacted third molars.
