Background-  Cricket has been historically perceived as a sport primarily reserved for gentlemen, however some studies have focused on the  female cricket players showing  the relationship of various parameters ( like  eye hand coordination,  agility sprinting etc. ) among male  cricketers .There is scarcity of researches showing the relationship between the parameters in female cricket players  hence  this study will examines the relationship between cricket related parameters in  adolescent female cricket players.

Aim & objectives - This study will examines how eye-hand coordination and agility are related in adolescent female cricket players. The study aims to evaluate how well-developed eye-hand coordination affects players’ agility, which is a critical skill for cricket performance.

Methodology-The study will use the Alternate Wall Toss Test (AWTT) to assess the players’ eye-hand coordination. It will also use an Illinois agility test to

. It will also use an Illinois agility test to assess their quickness, reflexes, and movement efficiency. 42 female cricket players in the age group of 15-18 will be selected for the study.

Data analysis – Data will be recorded and analyzed   using SPSS for windows, version 17. 0 software. To analyze the data appropriate statistical tests will be used.

Result – The result will show a positive, negative or no correlation between the eye and hand coordination and agility in adolescent female cricket players.

Conclusion -The findings will/ may have a significant impact on training programs aimed at enhancing female cricketers’ fundamental skills.

  • healthy players having the experience of minimum 6 moths or more having training for minimum 3 hours per week.

排除标准

  • participants having history of any muscloskeletal or any neurological injuries in the past 6 months history of spinal upper limb and lower limb surgeries.
