- •2.Patients who require general anaesthesia with oral endotracheal intubation
- •3.ASA physical status I , II
- •4.Modified Mallampati class I and II
- •5.Patients who give informed consent for the study.

- •1.Patients with bronchial asthma / cardiovascular diseases
- •2.Patients on beta blockers
- •3.Pregnant females.
- •4.Emergency cases
