- •1) Patients with bilateral partial/complete cleft in the ear lobes.
- •2) Patients â?? above 18years of age
- •3) Healthy patients having no systemic diseases such as uncontrolled diabetes, uncontrolled hypertension, those on steroid therapy, with a history of chemotherapy/radiotherapy, and bleeding disorders.
- •4) Patients willing to participate in the study.

- •1) Patients below 18 years of age.
- •2) Pregnancy.
- •3) Known case of hypersensitivity to 5% w/v panchavalkala drug.
