1) Patients with bilateral partial/complete cleft in the ear lobes.
2) Patients â?? above 18years of age
3) Healthy patients having no systemic diseases such as uncontrolled diabetes, uncontrolled hypertension, those on steroid therapy, with a history of chemotherapy/radiotherapy, and bleeding disorders.
4) Patients willing to participate in the study.
1) Patients below 18 years of age.
2) Pregnancy.
3) Known case of hypersensitivity to 5% w/v panchavalkala drug.

Name Time Method To evaluate and compare vrana ropana (wound healing) in bilateral lobuloplasty with and without 5% w/v Panchavalkala extract. wound healing will be assessed on the basis of slough, swelling, redness, pain (VAS), discharge, tenderness and malodor.Timepoint: 1st day, 7th day, 15th day and after 30 days.
