- •ASA 2-4 patients with Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy scheduled for both elective and emergent below knee surgical procedures.
排除标准
- •Patients with coagulopathy.
- •Known allergy to local anaesthetics.
- •Liver failure.
- •Open ankle injury.
- •Vascular injury.
- •Patients with diabetic keto acidosis/ altered mental status.
- •Difficult sono-anatomy.
- •Distal lower limb vascular procedures and paralyzed limb.
