Inclusion Criteria

ASA 2-4 patients with Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy scheduled for both elective and emergent below knee surgical procedures.

Exclusion Criteria

Patients with coagulopathy.

Known allergy to local anaesthetics.

Pregnancy.

Liver failure.

Open ankle injury.

Vascular injury.

Patients with diabetic keto acidosis/ altered mental status.

Difficult sono-anatomy.

Distal lower limb vascular procedures and paralyzed limb.
