Inclusion Criteria
1.Age more than 14 years
2.Active Bilateral Mild to Moderate Vernal Kerato Conjunctivitis
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients with adenexal abnormalities , glaucoma, contact lens wearer, corneal pathology
2.Patients on immunosuppressive therapy.
3.known hypersensitivity to Tacrolimus eye ointment
4.Pregnancy and Lactation
5.History of topical medication usage in the previous two weeks.
