1.Patient with a diagnosis of FND-S, based on the diagnostic criteria of diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorder, fifth edition (DSM 5) or international classification of disease (ICD 11) and confirmed by video EEG monitoring or video monitoring.
2.Patient aged between 15-59 years.
3.Patient with diagnosis of PNES with monthly frequency of >3 seizures (for at least a month).
4.Patient giving written consent to participate in protocol. For an adolescent, sample consent will be taken from the guardian.
5.Normotensive patients.
6.Patients not receiving any psychotherapy in last one month.
1.Patient is uncooperative for the procedure.
2.Patient with history of previous or current epilepsy
3.Patients receiving ECT in past 6 months.
4.Patient with severe mental disorders (SMD).
5.Patient with implanted metallic devices.
6.Any co morbid substance use disorders except nicotine and caffeine (as per DSM 5).
7.Patient with other neurovascular comorbidities (tumor,cerebrovascular events (CVE), cranio-encephalic trauma.
8.Significant unstable medical condition like uncontrolled hypertension, complicated diabetes mellitus or any organ failure.
