Inclusion Criteria
Patients having classical symptomatology of Madhumeha (Type 2 D.M.) will be selected from O.P.D. and I.P.D. of I.P.G.T. & R.A., Hospital, Jamnagar.
Both the sexes having Age between 30 years to 60 years.
Patients having Fasting glucose level >= 126 mg/dl and Post prandial glucose level >= 200 mg/dl.
Exclusion Criteria
•Patients of Diabetes Mellitus receiving Insulin.
•Patients having chronic complications of Diabetes Mellitus
1.Microvascular: Retinopathy, Neuropathy, & Nephropathy.
2.Macrovascular: Coronary artery disease, Peripheral vascular disease & Cerebro-vascular disease.
3.Patients having high serum creatinine, pregnant women, lactating women and ketoacidosis.
4.Other chronic debilitating diseases like STD etc.
