Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •History of type 2 diabetes for at least one year
- •Having at least 30 years of age for participants
- •Having reading and writing skills
- •Lack of other underlying diseases other than diabetes
Exclusion Criteria
- •The patient's unwillingness to continue to collaborate in the research
- •Missing more than one session in training classes
- •Patient admission to the hospital during the duration of the research
- •Failure to reenter the patient to complete the questionnaire
