- •Existent severe illness from the neurological or neurosurgical spectrum defined as early rehabilitation Barthel Index (ERBI) < 35 points, a cough deficiency and/or retention of secretion, identified by peak cough flow <270l/min. or diagnosed by application of the airway clearance score (ACS) >7 or cough >1 on ACS (Coplin et al. 2000, Windisch et al. 2017, Tanwar et al. 2019)
排除标准
- •Age <18 years, known bullous pulmonary emphysema, presence of pneumothorax during current clinical treatment or instable sternum.
- •Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis as well as other progressive neuromuscular disorders and paraplegia, continous intracenous sedation, orally intubated patients, expected death on the ICU
