Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
Clinical evaluation of the collagen activated platelet function on day 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 11, 14 after a diagnosed sepsis
Secondary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
1. Clinical evaluation of the ADP (adenosine diphosphate), thromboxane, and glycoprotein activated platelet function on day 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 11, 14 after a diagnosed sepsis<br>2. Determining the predictive value, as well as the specificity and the sensitivity of collagen as a platelet activating substance<br>3. Compare the acquired date with other laboratory values for sepsis (PCT, CRP, leukocytes)<br>4. Analyse the correlation between the above mentioned parameters and further microbiological examination (blood cultures, tracheal secretion, urine) in the course of detecting the root of an infection<br>
