Name Time Method Assessing the existing Post Operative pain mangement and implementation of the algorithm on patients will provide significant difference between the patients pain score will be considered that the algorithm is more effective in Post operative management after abdominal surgeries.Timepoint: pain assessment on 24 hrs,48hrs,72hrs, 5th day and 7th day every 4th hourly.
