简要总结

High prevalence of hamstring tightness in Young adults, especially those leading sedentary lifestyles or engaged in repetitive athletic activities, frequently experience hamstring tightness, affecting their physical performance and quality of life. Tight hamstrings negatively affect gait variables such as stride length, cadence, and walking symmetry, impacting overall functional performance. Reducing hamstring tightness and improving gait can  prevent injuries, and improve the overall quality of life for young adults. Limited studies exist on the effectiveness of PRRT in improving hamstring flexibility and gait variables, particularly in young adults. While some preliminary studies have investigated PRRT’s effect on pain and flexibility, there is a critical gap in understanding its specific impact on lower extremity biomechanics and gait parameters.

  • Young Adults aged 18 to 30 years Presence Of Hamstring Tightness No History Of Lower Limb Injury Neurological Conditions Recent Surgery.

排除标准

  • Any Condition Affecting Gait Mechanics Or Mobility Limb Length Discrepancies Current Participation In Other Hamstring Flexibility Interventions.
