- •Newborns at or above 35 weeks gestation with the pre discharge TSB level placing the newborn in high intermediate and low intermediate risk zone
- •parents or legal guardian who provide informed consent for their baby participation in the study
- •the parents of the neonate are able to provide kangaroo mother care and fee the baby as per instructions of the neonatologists
排除标准
- •Newborns below 35 weeks gestation
- •Newborns with contraindications to phototherapy
- •Newborns with co morbidities other than hyperbilirubinemia
- •Parents or legal guardians who do not provide informed consent for their baby participation in the study
