Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Individuals giving a history of smoking for more than 6 months.
- •2\. Individuals with mobile phones.
- •3\. Individuals who are willing to quit and give informed consent.
- •4\. Individuals with primary education (who can read Kannada, English or any other linguistic languages)
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Individuals with any systemic diseases.
- •2\. Individuals who are already enrolled in another cessation program.
