- Ongoing antibiotics treatment
- antibiotics treatment in the last 6 months
- acute surgery
- palliative surgery
- Ulcerös colitis or Crohns disease
- Prior colectomy
- Small intestine stoma before the operation
- neoadjuvant treatment
- Colon preparation
