- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method It is expected to find increased DNA damage in the exposed group of participants through the comet assay in lymphocytes analyzed by fluorescence microscopy images with the aid of a software capable of detecting the intensity of the tail, and the higher the tail damage .
Increase of cytogenetic damage in the DNA of the exposed participants are also expected by the micronucleus test in the oral mucosa cells, assessed by light microscopy and determined by the presence of micronuclei and nuclear buds by manual counting.
The results from both tests are comparative between the exposed and control groups for significant difference check.
