In the period of six months of follow-up after treatment of gummy smile with the association between botulinum toxin type A (Botox®) and microsurgery of the nasal septum depressor muscle showed more stable results, without recurrence of the exposure of gummy smile.

Gingival exposure excess (skeletal); use of antibiotics and muscle relaxant: pregnancy and pregnancy; under 18
