Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •ASA grade 1 2 undergoing elective general anaesthesia
- •Any elective surgical procedure undergoing more than one hour surgery
Exclusion Criteria
- •Age less than 18 years
- •Age more than 60 years
- •Patients with recent history of URTI any drug allergy
- •Anticipated difficult airway restricted mouth opening
- •Patients of hypertension on vasoactive medications
- •Patients on medications affecting heart rate and blood pressure
- •History of regurgitation pathology of oropharynx neck and upper git
- •Patients with neuromuscular disorders
