Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •ASA grade 1 2 undergoing elective general anaesthesia
  • •Any elective surgical procedure undergoing more than one hour surgery

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Age less than 18 years
  • •Age more than 60 years
  • •Patients with recent history of URTI any drug allergy
  • •Anticipated difficult airway restricted mouth opening
  • •Patients of hypertension on vasoactive medications
  • •Patients on medications affecting heart rate and blood pressure
  • •History of regurgitation pathology of oropharynx neck and upper git
  • •Patients with neuromuscular disorders
