Patients from out-patient department during the study period who are clinically diagnosed cases of chronic non-specific low back pain [Pain occurring primarily in the back with no signs of a serious underlying condition (such as cancer, infection, or cauda equina syndrome etc. ), spinal stenosis or radiculopathy, or another specific spinal cause (such as vertebral compression fracture or ankylosing spondylitis etc. )]
Trauma.
Fibromyalgia, Chronic fatigue syndrome.
Rheumatological disorders.
Impaired renal, cardiac and hepatic function.
Pregnant female and Females who desire to have pregnancy during the study period.
Major Neuromuscular disorders.
Major metabolic disorders.
Major Psychiatric disorders.
Drug Hypersensitivity.
Conditions not satisfying inclusion criteria.
Patients not willing to participate in the study.
