1. Plans to / has been treated with conventional orthodontic treatment
2. Complete dentition (excluding the third molars)
3. Molar class II relationship not exceed 3 mm.
4. Skeletal Class I (ANB = 3º ± 2º), normodivergent pattern (FMA = 23 º ± 4 º)
5. Adult (18-40 years old), able to comply with the protocol
1. Transverse discrepancies e.g. crossbite, laterognathia
2. Acute dental disease and/or periodontal disease
3. Cuspal-coverage dental restoration
4. Sign and symptom of TMD (according to DC/TMD, 2014112), parafunction habit
5. Cranio-mandibular anomalies
6. Systemic muscle or joint disorder
7. Use neuromuscular-effected medication i.e. muscle relaxant, Botulinum toxin (Botox)
