The objective of this study is to investigate the association between particulate air pollution and corticosteroid insensitivity in COPD patients.

入选标准
- •COPD patients: Inclusion criteria:
- •Willing and signed informed consent;
- •males or females aged between 40 y/o to 80 y/o;
- •diagnosed with COPD by physicians;
- •FEV1/FVC< 70% predicted.
排除标准
- •COPD patients Exclusion criteria:
- •known asthma, bronchiectasis, tuberculosis, pneumoconiosis, or other pulmonary diseases;
- •malignancy;
- •acute exacerbation or infection in 3 months.
- •Normal non-smokers and healthy smokers Exclusion criteria:
- •any acute infections, including upper airway infection, in 3 months;
- •Known major acute or chronic medial diseases.
