Inclusion Criteria
The study sample will be composed of patients attended at the outpatient clinic diagnosed with chronic non-specific back pain of both sexes aged 18-65 years.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients who have undergone surgery in the spine; who are severely obese; pregnant; or who present with disabling pain to practice exercises.
