Inclusion Criteria
ECOG status 1-3, approximately 2 weeks of residential therapy
Exclusion Criteria
ECOG>3,
Pre-existing conditions that make participation impossible:
- Uncontrolled or poorly controlled hypertension.
- Acute cardiac events
- Orthopedic limitation, making participation impossible
- Sensory or cognitive impairments that preclude participation/consent.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The endpoints are feasibility and safety of the exercise therapy. <br>Feasibility is defined by the number of eligible patients compared to those, participating in the study, within the recruitment period of 6 months. In addition, part of feasibility is whether the exercise sessions are possible to perform for the patients as well as which kind of physical exercise is possible to perform.<br>Safety will be evaluated by recording complications related to exercise therapy.<br><br>Endpoints will be reviewed both during the study and at the end of the study.<br>

Name Time Method Quality of life improvement, functional status improvement.<br><br>Instruments:<br>1) Quality of life: SF12<br>2) functional status: daily fitness test of the DOSB<br>3) Daily pain, mental and physical fatigue self-report questionnaires.
