Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patient aged 36 65 years with symptomatic and radiographically verified knee OA
- •Unilateral knee OA with kellgren Lawrence grade of 1\&2
Exclusion Criteria
- •Acute and chronic cardiac and pulmonary problems
- •Lower extremity joint infections
- •Previous anterior cruciate ligament injury or known injury to the menisci
- •Patients with hip symptoms more severe than the knee symptoms
- •Patients waiting for knee replacement expected to be operated within 6 months
- •Patients with co morbidities not allowing exercises
