Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Amateur badminton players, Individuals including both male and female, Individuals who understand English, Hindi and Gujrati language, Willing to sign consent form.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Individuals with cardiopulmonary and cardiovascular conditions, Individuals with neuromuscular, neurological and musculoskeletal conditions, Individuals with upper and lower limb or spinal surgeries within last 6 months, Individuals involved in any other study within the past 1 year
