Postmenopausal women who are between 45 to 54 years old
Women have at least 5 symptoms of hot flashes for 24 hours with moderate and severe severity
The patient should not undergo hormone therapy during menopause.
The patient is satisfied with the participation in the study and has signed the consent form.
The patient has not received hormonal or herbal therapy.
The patient has no history of hyperlipidemia or other chronic diseases.
The patient has no history of thyroid problems.
No history of ovarian and uterine surgery
Failure to develop artificial menopause
Women with physical and mental illness
Women with diseases that prohibit estrogen use, such as inherited and acquired thrombophilia and breast cancer
Women with a family or personal history of DVT
Patients who consistently took medication.
Women who take effective medications for menopausal symptoms.
Women who have undergone hormone therapy in the last three months.
