Inclusion Criteria
- •1\)Age 60 to 80 years.
- •2\)Both genders.
- •3\)Understands Hindi /Marathi/English well.
- •4\)Community Dwelling.
- •5\)Have ability to ambulate
- •6\)Geriatric Depression Scale \>9
- •7\)Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MOCA) \>
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)Symptomatic Cardiovascular or Neurological
- •conditions which accounts imbalance.
- •2\)Any surgery or musculoskeletal conditions of
- •lower limbs.
- •3\)Uncorrected Visual Impairments.
- •4\)Vestibular Impairments.
- •5\)Osteoarthritis (Visual Analogue Scale \> 4\)
- •6\)Use of Psychotropic drugs.
