Inclusion Criteria
- •1)Age 60 to 80 years.
- •2)Both genders.
- •3)Understands Hindi /Marathi/English well.
- •4)Community Dwelling.
- •5)Have ability to ambulate
- •6)Geriatric Depression Scale >9
- •7)Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MOCA) >
Exclusion Criteria
- •1)Symptomatic Cardiovascular or Neurological
- •conditions which accounts imbalance.
- •2)Any surgery or musculoskeletal conditions of
- •lower limbs.
- •3)Uncorrected Visual Impairments.
- •4)Vestibular Impairments.
- •5)Osteoarthritis (Visual Analogue Scale > 4)
- •6)Use of Psychotropic drugs.
