Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •The age of 60\-70 years
- •Participants will be given written informed consent
- •Participants of both male and female will be included.
- •No use of walking aids
- •5\.The ability to live independently: FIM Scale.
- •6\.Ability to follow simple commands.
Exclusion Criteria
- •. Fractures of lower limb in the last 6 months.
- •2\. vertigo.
- •3\. uncontrolled cardiorespiratory problems.
