Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Older people of both gender.
- •The older people age 60 yr to 80 yr.
- •The older people who are available during the period of study.
- •The older people who are willing to participate in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Critically ill older people.
- •Any history of CVA
- •Any history of fracture
- •Any history of PD and AD
- •Any history of Atherosclerosis AND cardiovascular disease patient
- •Any history of arthritis,cataracts,osteoporosis,hearing loss,dizziness,depression.
- •People who has restricted limb movement.
