Inclusion Criteria
1. All code blue victims aged between 20 and 65 years
2.Return of spontaneous circulation victims following cardiac arrest
Exclusion Criteria
1.Audit is not done in conscious victims
2.The victims with impending cardiac arrest where there is a signs of spontaneous circulation

Name Time Method The main aim of this audit study is to measure the multiple parameters of in-hospital CPR quality and to determine the compliance with published American Heart Association and international guidelines. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Timepoint: one year <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1.Compliance on cardiac arrest resuscitation which includes the resuscitation procedures, pre CPR assessment, CPR assessment and resuscitation outcome. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>2.Compliance on debriefing and audit comments. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Timepoint: one year
