- •Diagnosis of OCD based on Diagnostic and Statistical Manual(DSM)-IV criteria
- •no change of escitalopram dosage in 6 weeks
排除标准
- •psychiatric comorbidity other than OCD
- •History of head injury, epilepsy, other general medical disorder
