简要总结

1.  Dynamic postural control is essential for batsmen during stroke execution and quick footwork.

2.  Dynamic postural control plays a pivotal role in maintaining balance and coordination during complex cricket strokes and rapid footwork transitions

3.  Efficient neuromuscular control of the scapulothoracic and glenohumeral joints enhances kinetic chain stability, which is crucial for stroke precision and power generation

4.  Cricket batsmen frequently perform asymmetrical, multidirectional movements, which demand high levels of reactive postural adjustments to maintain on-field performance

5.  Deficits in dynamic stability can lead to compensatory strategies and increased risk of overuse injuries, especially in elite cricketers exposed to repetitive load

Significance of the Study

A.  Enhancing dynamic postural control can lead to improved biomechanical efficiency and reduced injury risk in elite cricket batsmen.

B.  Scapular and shoulder retraining is not only physical but also contributes to better sensorimotor integration, which supports stability during high-speed decision-making.

C.  Improved postural alignment and movement control can positively influence cognitive functions like focus, anticipation, and visual-motor processing.

D. Optimal neuromuscular control may reduce reaction time, improving decision-making speed and accuracy during complex batting scenarios, such as responding to varying deliveries.
