- •Male cricket batsmen aged 18–
- •Minimum 2 years of professional playing experience.
- •No current upper limb injury or recent surgery (within past 6 months).
- •Willing to give informed consent and participate for 8 weeks.
- •Played State/National Cricket Tournament in past 1 year.
排除标准
- •History of neurological or vestibular disorders.
- •Existing scapular dyskinesis-related surgery or severe postural deformity.
- •Non-compliance during pre-trial screening or baseline assessments.
