Primary endpoint: change in the perception of wakefulness-fatigue (subscale WM) and restlessness (subscale RU) of the Multidimensional Well-Being Questionnaire (MDBF) between group I and group II with a comparison of baseline and end-of-study values.
Secondary Outcome Measures

Secondary endpoints: Follow-up comparison between groups I and III to assess the effectiveness of conditioning based on the change in the perception of wakefulness-fatigue and restlessness (subscale RU) of the Multidimensional Mood Questionnaire (MDBF).
