Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients suffering from plaque psoriasis with an indication for systemic treatment (PASI \> 10\)
- •Control persons, not suffering from a chronic disease
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- Pregnant or breast\-feeding women
- •\- Insufficient communication skills in the German language, dementia or functional analphabetism
- •\- Lack of capacity or will to consent to the study
- •\- Existing contraindication to therapy with IL\-17 or IL\-23 inhibitors
