- •Patients suffering from plaque psoriasis with an indication for systemic treatment (PASI > 10)
- •Control persons, not suffering from a chronic disease
排除标准
- •- Pregnant or breast-feeding women
- •- Insufficient communication skills in the German language, dementia or functional analphabetism
- •- Lack of capacity or will to consent to the study
- •- Existing contraindication to therapy with IL-17 or IL-23 inhibitors
