Name Time Method 1.To estimate the percentage of unindicated preoperative tests (according to NICE guidelines) conducted for preoperative PAC fitness. <br/ ><br>2.To estimate the percentage of inter-departmental referrals with positive findings. <br/ ><br>3.To do a cost analysis of unindicated tests and its financial implication on patients/Institution. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 6 month <br/ ><br>

Name Time Method To estimate the percentage of patients with abnormal findings on investigations leading to delay in acquiring PAC fitness. <br/ ><br>2.To estimate the percentage of referrals with positive finding requiring further intervention for optimization of patients. <br/ ><br>3.To estimate the average number of PAC visits to get PAC fitness. <br/ ><br>4.To estimate the cancellation rate of the surgery due to inadequate optimization on the day of surgery <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 6 months
