Inclusion Criteria
BMI between 20 and 30; raised (until the age of 15) either in a rural (n=20) or urban (n=20) environment
Exclusion Criteria
smoking; current infections; chronic affective or somatic disorders; more than 4 hours of exercise per week; acute exercise within 24 h before blood draws; drug taking (NSAID, cannabis, etc.); acutely (within the last 6 months) bereaved or divorced
