Inclusion Criteria
Patients over 40 years of age diagnosed with A/E COPD.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients of COPD with pneumonia,
COPD with pneumothorax
Hospital stay less than 5 days,
Patient with cardiac disease,
History of asthma.
Those not giving consent.
Those unable to take oral corticosteroid.
