入排标准
入选标准
- •1. People who meet Rome IV criteria for diagnosis of IBS
- •2. People who have an IBS-SSS score of >175 (Moderate to Severe symptoms)
- •3.People who give an informed consent to participate in this study
排除标准
- •1. Other GI diseases (inflammatory bowel disease, celiac disease, etc.)
- •2. Alarm symptoms (Unexplained weight loss, family history of bowel disease, Rectal bleeding/anaemia, fever, persistent daily diarrhoea, recurrent vomiting, nocturnal bowel motions, progressive/severe symptoms)
- •3. Patients already on restricted diet (e.g. LFD,gluten-free,lactose-free, and vegan diet)
- •4.Consumption of bowel preparation/antibiotics/probiotics in the previous 4 weeks
- •5. Change in IBS medication in previous 4 weeks
- •6. Addictions
- •7. Significant and psychiatric comorbidities
