Inclusion Criteria

Patients with an initial diagnosis of head and neck cancer with a T1-T3 expression
- Tumor patients at the UKA ENT clinic who have already had both surgery and radiation therapy
- Minimum age 18 years
- German speaking
- Interest in participating in the study
- Sufficient compliance
- Sufficient understanding of the conduct of the study and the study objectives

Exclusion Criteria

Age under 18 years
- Tumor severity of a T4 tumor (according to TNM classification)
- Insufficient patient compliance with regard to the implementation of logopedic or complementary medical measures
- Pregnancy and breast feeding period

Improvement in quality of life after a three-month rehabilitation phase including complementary medical measures<br>Method: questionnaire survey at T1 and T2;<br>Questionnaires used:<br>- Questionnaire EAT-10<br>- Questionnaire HN-35<br>- Minimal Mental State Test<br>- Questionnaire VHI-12<br>- Speech therapy questionnaire (self-created) T1<br>- Speech therapy questionnaire (self-created) T2<br><br>T1: directly at the start of rehabilitation (after completion of the initial therapy)<br>T2: third follow-up appointment in the HNO-clinic (3 months after T1)
