Inclusion Criteria
Diagnosed with head and neck cancer and referred to physiotherapy for speech or
swallowing difficulty
Patients willing to participate in the study
All genders of age 20-75 years
Patients who underwent surgery and radiotherapy or combined chemoradiotherapy
Patients who have no history of psychiatric illness
Patients who have intact cognitive functioning
Exclusion Criteria
Inability to participate in function tests
With unilateral and bilateral hearing impairments
